ENERGISE your life and join us on a one-day Personal Empowerment® Workshop.
These fun days are held on the second Saturday of each month (except where this would coincide with a public holiday weekend or other reason which would be communicated in advance to participants). They are held at one of the prestigious local hotels and run from 10h until 18h (the day includes morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch).
In order to give you the attention you deserve and to maintain a degree of privacy, participation in each workshop is strictly limited to 8 persons.
We state that you can do anything, you can be anything, you can have anything you want! These are powerful words and they are true. The most crucial part of that phrase is “anything you want” and until you recognise what that means for you, the outcome can only remain on hold.
Therefore we start the day by establishing what is important to you, where you are right now in your life and we help you clarify the targets that you choose to attain. We will look at how important these aims are to you, the level of your commitment and will identify what might be stopping you from achieving the realisation of your dreams.
We work closely with you, in a light-hearted and enjoyable way, on how to get rid of any resistance that might prevent you reaching your goals. We consider the consequences of your success on all those around you and how they will be affected.
After a quick tipple in the hotel bar (if you so wish), you go home feeling energised, full of belief, hope and self-confidence. We know that life cannot change at the click of a finger but you will have taken a very important and meaningful first step to achieving your happiness and we are of course available to you should you wish to continue your growth with the personal support of a qualified lifestyle management consultant.
Price for the day: £175 including VAT, morning and afternoon refreshments, brasserie lunch and workshop materials. |

To secure your place on our next available workshop, please contact us as soon as possible by completing the request form. If you are accepted on the next workshop, we require you to send us your £40 non-refundable deposit. Balance of fees for each workshop must be paid two weeks in advance of the workshop date.
